Since we only link to and embed videos hosted by third parties, removing a listing here means the listing is taken down from our site, but the actual video stays on its original host. The host should also be notified if you want the video removed there.
How to send a copyright notice
Send your notice to our designated Copyright Agent using the contact form at contact page. Your notice must include:
- The URL of each listing on feetlust.com you believe infringes your copyright
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is being used without permission
- Your contact information
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
What happens after you send a notice
We review complete notices within a few business days and remove the listed content from our site. If your notice is missing information, we will ask you to provide what’s needed. Users who repeatedly infringe copyrights will be removed from our index. If you receive a counter-notice under § 512(g), you can file it through the same contact method.
