DMCA / Copyright Takedown Policy
FeetLust respects the intellectual-property rights of others and responds to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement. FeetLust indexes and links to material hosted on third-party sites; we do not host the underlying video files. Where we can, we will remove the link on our index in response to a valid notice.
Filing a takedown notice
Send a written notice to [email protected] that includes:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on feetlust.com where the material is located.
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notification
If your link was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same address containing the required statements under the DMCA.
Repeat infringers
FeetLust may, in appropriate circumstances, disable or remove index entries associated with sources that are subject to repeated valid notices.
